Another more circuitous method if you want to make the entire object transparent is to import the movie into a movie clip inside Flash. You can use Flash's Alpha slider to adjust the alpha of the movie clip and adjust the quality that way.

Hi,

My brother is coming to USA on L1 visa.
His wife has a valid H1-B stamped. However, her employer cannot send her to US for the next 6-7 months.

Can she come to US on L2 and then transfer her H1-B if whe finds a job here in US? Or will her H1-B get immidiately cancelled as soon as she enters US on L2?

Pls help me answer this question

I am one of the July filers, have EAD and applied for I485 EB3, Dec 2003 India. My H-1 And GC are both based on the job title- Systems Programmer/ Network Admin. I wanted to apply for a position in the university - Lab Director- Electrical & Computer Engineering. My question is :

1) Since not all the job responsibilities will be same in the new job (if i get it). but some ofthe requirements will be the same.
[like setting up the network, little programming devices etc.]

2) Can I apply for EB-2 with the university and later port my date- Eb3 to EB2

Pls let me know at your earliest convenience

My I-94 extension (for L1B visa) was denied on Oct '08 and I returned in 4 days after they updated Denial status. Reason for denail is "lack of specialized knowledge". I am planning to apply for L1B again in next month (By showing additional certification). Can you please advice me

- is it fine to apply for visa again as it will be more then 6 months after it was denied

- Do I need to show the copy of denial notice during visa interview? Is there any thread available providing suggestions for those applying for visa again after it was denied earlier...

Hi All ,
I remember last time when PD became current USCIS did not follow the correct order /sequence of PD while allocating visa numbers .
Many of the people who had PD of 2006 got Visa number allocation before people who were in queue ahead of them with 2004/2005 PD.

This time we should have some campaign may be by sending the letter or some way to USCIS/DOS and make them aware to allocate visa based on PD in a fair and transparent way.Any suggestions ????

This opportunity has come after many many years for many of us, we should make our best effort that visa number allocation are done in a fair and transparent way for coming month and month's to come.

My wife had a H1B working for company A from 08/2003 to 07/2005 (from I-94) and she filed another H1B application to work for company B in 05/2004. She got the notice, stopped working for company A and started working for company B. However, she never got the aprroval notice for the second H1B application. Actually this case is currently still pending. She worked for company B until 07/2005 which is the expiration date of the first H1B. She changed to F2 later in 07/2005. I was wondering if there is any problem about status or employment authorization for this period of time from 08/2003 to 07/2005.
