3) Corporate income tax rate is now fixed at 17% also with very few other deductions available, perhaps only a simple depreciation schedule for plant and equipment.

That would be a horrible idea, it would hurt the middle class who can't get out of paying taxes. And we would just end up with a lot more CEOs being like Steve Jobs and taking a $1 a year salary while getting the rest of their money from stock and other benefits thus avoiding taxes.

In general: you sometimes don't get that option in a very straight forward way - and they still might sell your address (maybe not FT, but others)
If they do not offer this option, they might be breaking the law (and if not I would badger my politicians to make such a law) or you simply do not any business with them.

So if you opt out: WHY do they still need your full name, address, email, .... etc information. If I tell them I don't want any of their advertisement or from their partners than I don't. I can see that they ask for the zip code or similar information to see in which areas they do good or not - but they should not get my full address, email or phone number.

When you do a business in person (eg, buying a hotdog) being there physically is enough, for non-personal contracts you need to identify yourself (which can be done via a creditcard, as the creditcard itself has an address to it) via an address.

Can anybody tell me for sure if I will lose all my rollover minutes if I make the change online? I have 5 lines on a family plan and I know that I have to make the change on all 5 lines manually which I am ok with. Can somebody verify for me that nothing will change on my account such as losing rollover mins, losing corporate FAN discount, losing anything else? I simply want to change Unlimited family text to unlimited family text plus unlimited any M2M. Whenever I do an online chat with a rep or call, they always tell me I need to 'update' my plan or something (I am on a family talk 1400 plan). I don't see a reason for this but they always tell me when I 'update', i'll lose all my rollover mins so I have not 'updated'....obviously and no ill effects as of yet.

She said that I will only have 700 rollover minutes after dropping my plan down. I asked again, and this time I practically begged her for help. She said that reps are authorized to give up to 5,000 rollover minutes for a customer in good standing.
She then gave me 5,000 minutes and I was happy with that.

Of course it will not be sold better than GSM model. Do Apple realize that most of the people from around the world buying from USA, not from the oficial stores and making jailbreak or so on to use it in their local network, this is because its very expensive outside of the USA. Personally I hate that logic of Apple not to think about rest of the world, if Apple want to be a global brand so the pricing politics should be equal I think. And the second reason is that at the rest of the world there are so little CDMA networks so people won't buy it. Apples marketing strategy is very weird, they release everything late, but sometimes release a new technology like multitouch etc.
A couple of notes... the end user price of your iPhone is really driven by your carrier and what they are willing to subsidize. Also, it's very common in many industries to price things differently from country to country based on local markets. I know in our markets, we have some countries like India that we sell at about a 20% discount of the US, but in Europe, it's about 10% more expensive. Very common.

Well, I think the current reporting system should continue to work just fine. It's not too difficult for someone to put a direct statement into the text box describing the problem.
I think we can figure out the problem without it going into a specific category ahead of time. ;)

How are you trying to do it? Two options:
1) Click the little paper-clip icon and attach the image (size restrictions though).
2) Upload it to an image hosting site, and paste the link between [t*img] and [/t*img] tags (minus the *s). Make sure the link ends in .jpg or .png or whatever extension the image has.

recently purchased a used 3g iphone....got it restored sort of...now it's stuck in a reboot loop.....the :apple: logo comes on the loading bar comes across the under the :apple: logo and it starts all over again.. have tried tiny umbrella and no go....and some one even tried a custom restore....should i cut the losses and give the phone the boot or is there still hope?..........i'm new at this so PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!:(
