Nope, just going by what I see around the bus/food court areas in downtown Montreal which is more anecdotal than factual. However, looking at world-wide market share numbers, it's not hard to see the trends and outside the US, the iPhone hasn't had "carrier exclusivity" for quite a while.
Thinking that the reason the iPhone "lags" in market share is because of some kind of carrier exclusivity that just got ended 2 months ago is quite the US Centric view.
In Vancouver (and my group of friends and co-workers) I see at least 5x the amount of iPhones then Android devices. In fact, in my and my girlfriends family alone there are 8 iPhones among 11 people (one of those without an iPhone being my dad who refuses a smartphone at all). However, it's hard to draw any real conclusions up here without any data.
I know that a lot of growth is coming from cheaper markets/countries and in Europe due to the iPhone's higher monthly pricing. I am honestly curious and I wish it was possible to get a country by country breakdown of iOS vs Android.

We moved up a rank today some how. :eek: As well the number of active users is increasing. I kind of think us talking about it here seems to be helping! I might just set my signature back to something about folding tomorrow at some point.

How long after you make a purchase does the App Store remember your password so you don't have to enter it again? I presume that's what happened in this case.
Apple definitely should give you a warning that you're about to purchase an app more costly than $75. Although this kid obviously only went to the app because of its cost.

Is anyone on here going to delete all the music on their iPhone to be able to pay $20 per year to regain a subpar stream of there very own music? And at a detriment to their limited data amount? Am I missing something??
I'll delete all the music that I've purchased via iTunes that will be available on the cloud, yes.
With over 100GB of music in my iTunes library, i'll finally be able to make room for music I've purchased outside of iTunes while enjoying the music I have purchased in iTunes via the cloud.
Sounds like the best of both worlds to me. I can't wait to sign up for this.

I think you are all wrong. On the BMW model names "ix" stands for a fuel injection engine and four-wheel drive. I believe there is an OS M coming for certain BMW models.
