Yes, It seams to be executing the code and inserting the variables correctly. I also ran ran the microsoft net monitor. I see the first instance of each button pushed but subsequent pushes are not sending the http requests.

For those of you who have rotted in the BEC and USCIS..for many years..that has eventually denied you from being a citizen sooner..there are some posts in immigration.com I saw that talks about some kind of a campign to capture lost time...most of you will get GC soon..if you have wasted time..please look at a new campaign to recapture the lost time towards your citizenship

My Father is applying for Citizenship in Nov 10. If he becomes Citizen then can I file I485 under F3(married sons and daughters of citizen parents). Category and port priority date of May 03 from my employment base I-485 to I-485 under F3?

The cost varies by family size. For a family of 4, in the beginning u'll need 1000-2000 for application fees and to prepare ur documents. one or two years later, you'll need another 1000-2000 for medical exams and landing/visa fees.
If you apply to the federal program, you are allowed to go anywhere except quebec. There is also a provincial program in each province that allows u to immigrate to that province, but then again u can move later..

1.) Is it true that nurses do not need to undergo Labor Certification when applying for an immigrant visa because nurses are considered as shortage occupations? How does the labor certification process for nurses vs other professionals/workers differ? Is it the pre-certification and recruiting process (that does have to be completed) under PERM?

It is doubtful that anything other than amnesty would kill this legislation.
There is a serious risk for the Democrats in forcing their members to vote
down an amnesty bill. That would undoubtedly alienate one of their core
voter constituencies.
If the SAVE bill passes, the likely result is that support for legal immigration reform will increase substantially. A number of members of Congress have said that they support legal immigration reform, but first want to see new enforcement measures put into place"

Some more information on this....I just spoke to another CSR @ NSC and asked her about Extended review....she mentioned that it is a normal process and that they have various agencies involved and that they r waiting for response ...did'nt mention what the agencies are or what is it that they r waiting on....also I asked her if I should take and INFOPASS appointment to find out more....she said that would'nt be of any help cause they will also not be willing to tell me more.....
She said wait for about 90 days and if you still don't here from us ..give us a call and we can then take it from there....
I guess I am going to stop worrying and expecting any results soon...lets just wait and see....

I have a question, on 25 june i got a RFE, i have not received it yet neither did my lawyer. The case status shows that both me and my wife got the RFE. I think its most probaly to produce the Birth Certificate.
My wife BC is in the process and i think i will be able to get it by the end of the week.
My question is that if i am unable to get the BC of my wife in time, is it possible to buy some more days from USCIS. Like CAN USCIS provide SOME ADDITIONAL TIME SO THAT I CAN GET THE BC OF MY WIFE AND THEN SUBMIT. I DONT KNOW WHATS THE DEADLINE IS BUT I BELIVE ITS A VERY CLOSE CALL !!!! AND I MIGHT NEED SOME MORE TIME TO PRODUCE THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
PLEASE ADVISE. THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!!

I filed i485 after my i140 approved. But my company was sold to an other company. Till my company didn't file i140 amendment.
Can i change job after 180 days of filing i485. Even though my amendment is not filed yet.
