Since we bought a new T.V. for the upstair loft i'm going to ask for a PS3:D i have a 360 but i don't really like the controls on the controller there so confusing:confused: and i want to play online (i heard that it's free for playing online:D)!! also might going to ask the new apple mouse since my current mouse is a bit fcked-up :S

Not sure if anybody's noticed yet, but they've changed the design a bit too. Specifically, the optical drive. Notice how now instead of just being a slot in the front, it seems to have a bit of darker grey plastic around it.

Well, it is almost time for a new iMac to be released, isn't it? (Or a Mac Mini, Mac Pro, or MacBook for that sake)
iX... At first you could think about the Roman Number 9. But as you all know, in the upper part of X, you can also find the Roman number V. So that makes 14 then. (IX + V)
Now, the iMac shipped in 1998, while now it's 2011. 13 years of difference. Almost fourteen. Coincidence? I think not. Maybe that's a hint from Apple?
Then you got Mac, with a capital M, and a lowercase a and c. In M you can find I, V, and I, which together make (IV + I) 5. In a you can find c and I, which totals in 11 (C+I). Then you got the c, which of course, just translates in 10.
5 + 11 + 10 equals 26. As much as all letters in the Roman (aka Latin) alphabet.
Which leads us to believe that we have not to count the Roman numbers, but just the Roman letters.
M is the 13th letter of the alphabet.
A is the first letter of the alphabet.
C is the 3rd letter of the alphabet.
TOTAL: 17.
Now we all know Apple's marketing. And you know that's a hint from the name in the title: MarketingName. Big words mean more to Apple than big numbers. The iPod (which started the whole dang thang) has only been OUT for five years and the iTunes Music Store for about three.
I think it is downright presumptous to predict 5 years down the pike just about anything when NOBODY could've predicted just what Apple would accomplish in such a period of time.

They are rectangular and have icons on home screens.
There's only so much one can do with smart phone styling.
It's not like Apples on the verge of going out of business.

Look at what Microsoft are doing? They are actually giving their mobile platform its own interface and it's own look. You know what? It's pretty damn good too. You don't HAVE to do things the Apple does. No, Samsung copies Apple because they're lazy and they know that they can generate sales on confusing buyers or convincing buyers that this is the same thing as an iPhone. It's so obvious.
It's fine that they want to make touchscreen phones, just create your own look and feel. Granted some of Samsung's phone are worse than others.

I hope people noticed that the picture has a lot of flare on it (the green hue) that makes it look bigger than it is.
Also is it just me or does the bottom half of the phone look the same - ie the whit and black glass at the bottom.
However this is the biggest no issue since time immemorial...

The CPU would be considerably faster, but the graphics ughh lol. The only way I can see myself grabbing a new one this year is if it comes with some type of integrated 3G plan similar to the iPad, then I'd consider downgrading the GPU.

The only bright side to this upgrade is the fact that battery might last extra :30 -1:00 hour.

If you are making that stretch, how about adding netbooks into the mix as well?

When your sales numbers for phones are ~50% of that of your competitor; whereas a few years ago they were barely a blip, then yes that means they are getting kicked in the teeth in handset OS sales.

While I am willing to believe that the iPhone5 won't be available in June/July (no none announced it for that time and it is only 'expected' by people because it was that way the last couple of years, but nothing official) - I don't think that AT&T Customer Reps know anything about it. Same goes for Apple Store Employees and probably 99.9% of the people employed by Apple.

To US its a big deal. It's a blow to the Al-Qaeda that doesn't exist anymore. The current one will still function just as it has for nearly a decade in its cell based way. If anything this will just piss off extremists. Don't think for a second some type of retaliation (most likely attacks in the Middle East) won't come about from this.We took down who they thought was invincible. WOW ran at a miserable 14fps at 1366x768 res compared to the Air that runs at 53fps at 1440x900. Battery life is worse as well.

I'm thinking of switching from Verizon to AT&T to get the iPhone. However, I'm hearing horror stories of up to 30% dropped calls in the NY area.
For all iPhone/AT&T users in northern NJ and NYC area, can you verify that you experience around 30% of dropped calls?? is this true??
